Day 1 : Arrival At Dehradun

Welcome to Dehradun. Upon arrival at Dehradun airport or railway station, our informed driver cum guide will receive you and transfer you to our luxurious hotel for a complementary stay. Spend the day to relax after the smooth check-in process and sleep homely for an exciting tomorrow.

Day 2 : Dehradun - Kharsali - Yamunotri

Dehradun to Kharsali Helicopter Schedule

06:30 AM: Arrival Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri

Co-ordinator will take you to the state government helipad on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun from where we will fly for Yamunotri. You are advised to leave your hotel early and remain energetic throughout this devotional Chardham yatra. 

Upon arrival at Kharsali (Yamunotri), you are welcomed by our handlers; they will unload your baggage and take you to the hotel. Relish a fresh breakfast and leave for darshan in palki to Yamunotri temple which is around 5 km trek.

After divine darshan, you’ll return to the hotel by lunchtime. Have your lunch and spend a few hours relaxing. Day 3 : Kharsali - Harsil - Gangotri

We may have to wait sometime from 10 minutes to 3 hours during copper change.

As you reach the Kedarnath, You will witness the beauty of changing colors in the sky. Your stay is arranged at Kedarnath, After darshan, we will take you to the hotel. Our handlers and Panditji shall take you for evening/night for darshan and Abhishek. You can have darshan at any time of your own also. Another day of your Char Dham yatra tour ends in the land of Kedar with delicious dinner. Sleep snug to energize yourself for another beautiful day.

Day 5 : Kedarnath - Badrinath

Kedarnath to Badrinath Helicopter Schedule

Upon arrival at Badrinath helipad, Our handlers will transfer you to the Hotel where you can relish your lunch and pay a visit to Badri Narayan VIP darshan. In the morning our handler will take you for Abhishek puja at the temple.

In the evening, spend a leisurely hour in the Mana Village which is near to the religious site of Badrinath. End your day with a comfortable stay and delectable dinner at your hotel.

Day 6 : Badrinath - Dehradun

GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS

1. Maximum 05/06 Passengers/Guests will be allowed in 01 Helicopter.
2. Only 5 kg of luggage per passenger will be permitted due to limited space in the helicopter. Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper. At any cost, we won’t allow the passenger to take more luggage. This is the standard rule for Aviation.
3. All temples are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advice to carry a regular medical kit.
4. Passengers should carry only handbags (Soft Bags/duffel bags) as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter. Trollies are not strictly not allowed.
5. Our 3 Helicopters fly on the same day for Chardham yatra by helicopter. We may adjust passengers acc. to their body weight.
6. If individual bodyweight exceeds 80 KG, Extra charges will be applicable at Kedarnath Shuttle.
7. The property at Yamunotri is basic but best in the region as it is a remote area and rest all properties are 3 to4 star category.
8. Total passenger weight should not be more than 430 Kgs.
9. Please share your actual body weight at the time of booking. Your body weight will be measured before your departure.

 

Helicopter Tour - Terms and Conditions

1. Children above the age of 2 years will be considered a full ticket. Infant below 2 years are carried free of charge, in case of dispute birth certificate can prevail.
2. There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens for helicopter yatra.
3. The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount. Remaining 50% amount to be paid 15 days before the journey starts.
4. In case the journey is not finished within the given time and passengers would not be able toDham due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons. In this scenario, the company will still try to visit all Dham by extending the time frame. Company will do all the dhams on the next day if the weather condition remains poor whole day.
5. Sometime we may change the property in an emergency situation (like landslide on the way property, electricity and any other natural circumstances). We make sure that other property will be given the same or upper category.
6. Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of services or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Delhi jurisdiction.
7. Prices will remain the same even in case the royalty fees changes or remain the same.
8. In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation we will refund proportionate money i.e if due to any reason we are unable to do 2 dhams then we will refund 50% of the payment. If unable to do 3 Dhams then we will refund 75%and so on. This refundable proportionate money is exclusive of a Royalty fee, Taxes, and fixed components.
9. Any Extra Night due to bad weather will be borne by the client itself.

Cancellation Policy

• Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund
• 15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival: 50% of the total package cost.
• 30 Days & More: 10% of package cost (and taxes are not refunded in any case)
• Note: No refunds in case of Road Blocks, Accidents, etc
